Pay through Razorpay, then upload the payment screenshot with its transaction ID and UTR number.
Our team matches it with Razorpay, usually within one working day, and emails your quotation.
You get an email with your sign-in details and a temporary password. Choose your own password at first sign-in.

Your buyers, flats and staff are kept apart from every other business. No other business can ever see them.
Your data is kept in a secure database, protected with strong encryption. Only your workspace can open it.
Each person sees only what their role allows. It is checked every time, not just hidden on the screen.
Sensitive actions are recorded with who, what and when. Audit records cannot be edited or deleted.
Only H&G NextGen administrators can open workspace data, to support, secure or bill the service. Every view and download is logged.
Every payment is confirmed with Razorpay before a workspace is created. A screenshot alone never activates an account.

Yes. Each person chooses English or Telugu, and everything works in the phone's browser. Calling or WhatsApp-ing a buyer is one tap.
So our team can match your payment with Razorpay and check your details before creating your workspace. If something does not match, we email you what to fix; you never pay twice.
Usually within one working day of paying. You get an email with your quotation once the payment is checked, then your sign-in details once your workspace is approved.
Open Help & support in your workspace or email us. We reply by email and in the app, and if you need to pay, we send a payment link you can pay with any UPI app.
We remind you on each of the last 5 days. After that you have 2 days of grace. If you have still not renewed, your staff cannot sign in, but you can renew at any time within 30 days and everything is back as it was. After 30 days the data is deleted.
