Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and account ownership

The service is for businesses. The person registering must be authorised to bind the business.

The registered email belongs to the business owner account. The owner is responsible for the security of that account and for every user they invite.

2. Plan and payment

Plans are priced per workspace per month by the number of projects included, with no limit on users or flats. The published price includes GST, and invoices show the GST portion separately.

The amount payable is calculated by our servers from the plan and billing cycle selected. We do not accept prices supplied by a browser.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials.

3. Payment verification and screenshot submission

After paying, the Customer must upload a screenshot or PDF of the payment confirmation with its transaction ID and UTR number. This is part of our verification process.

The screenshot is supporting evidence only. A registration is approved only after the payment is confirmed with Razorpay and reviewed by our team.

We may request a correction or decline a registration. If declined after payment, refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Account activation

Once approved, a separate, private workspace is created for the Customer and the sign-in email with a temporary password is sent to the registered email. The temporary password expires after 7 days.

At the first sign-in the owner must choose their own password. We never email a password the Customer has chosen.

5. Renewals, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions are renewed by paying for the next period; nothing is charged automatically. Unpaid subscriptions move through a grace period, suspension and expiry. The details are in the Subscription and Billing Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Users, invitations and permissions

The Customer decides who to invite and what each user may access. The Customer must enter correct contact details for its users.

Employees who forget their password must ask the business owner or an authorised administrator to send a reset link. The owner cannot see any user's password.

7. Acceptable use

The Customer must not use the service for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited messages, to upload malicious files, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to interfere with the service.

8. Data ownership

The Customer owns the business data it enters, including leads, property records and employee records. We process that data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the service available and to protect data, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for non-payment, breach of these terms, or a security risk. On termination, data is retained and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

The software, design and NexGen Estate brand belong to H&G NextGen Private Limited. The Customer receives a non-exclusive right to use the service during its subscription.

12. Limitation of liability

13. Disputes and governing law
